Identify the municipality first

Pierrefonds-Roxboro and L’Île-Bizard–Sainte-Geneviève are Montréal boroughs; other West Island communities are separate municipalities. Provide the full address rather than only “West Island.” This helps identify the appropriate municipal contact for permits, material requirements and property-specific constraints.

Consider every roof transition

If the property combines sloped roofing, a flat-roof addition or several roof levels, describe those transitions. The project must account for junctions, adjoining walls, flashings and water movement. Our specialty is flat roofing and TPO; the scope is clarified for your assembly.

Protect access and outdoor spaces

Before a visit, mention a shared driveway, landscaped yard, pool, planting beds or equipment near the walls. This helps plan logistics and protection without asking you to access the roof. Ground-level photos and the roof’s history are a useful starting point.
